NATURE'S BACKYARD

Nestled amongst towering pine trees lies a captivating two-bedroom, two-bath cabin that embodies the epitome of rustic elegance. Situated in the highly sought-after community of Bison Ranch in Overgaard, Arizona and bordering the Sitgreaves National Forest, this high country haven offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with all the conveniences of a rural community. *$35 pet fee required

Step inside and you are greeted by an inviting open-concept living space that exudes a timeless charm. The living room features an on-demand gas fireplace and heated tile floors perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings, while large windows provide breathtaking views of the bordering forest and the daily visits from the wild horses.

The well-appointed kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a convenient breakfast bar for casual dining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a welcoming dining area, where you can gather with loved ones to share meals or play board games and create lasting memories.

The two bedrooms are havens of comfort, each boasting plush beds and smart tvs. The master suite features an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower as well as full-body massage chair providing the perfect oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation. The master also has a dedicated workspace in case you just can't unplug completely.

Step outside onto the covered deck, where you can bask in the beauty of nature that surrounds you. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature, soak in the jacuzzi after a day's hike or gather around the propane fire pit in the evening for s'mores and stargazing.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
