Tucked into a quiet neighborhood in Heber-Overgaard, this cabin style retreat is sure to offer a relaxing get away! Pets welcome!* The property is LOADED with amenities, such as a fireplace with free wood, fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, outdoor fire pit, fully enclosed dog run, 2 smart TV's, free Wifi, free coffee/tea, bedside charging stations, and more! House sleeps 6 comfortably, but can accommodate 8 with air mattress. Come enjoy the cool, star lit night sky, ponderosa pines, hiking trails, lakes within driving distance and natural wild life!

Guests will have access to the whole house and yard areas. The bathrooms and kitchen have recently been remodeled for a fresh and clean feel.

We are a local and are available by text/phone call and usually respond immediately.

Cell Service in his area can be very spotty. Once connected to the free WIFI, guests usually have no problems communicating on their phones. 

Property is pet friendly and includes a convenient dog run to keep your furry friends safe! Additional pet fee of $35 per booking required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
