Perched on the edge of the Sitgreaves National Forest lies Secluded Spruce. This amazing 1800 sf cabin is surrounded by a thick forest that’s filled with lush Douglas Fir trees and Ponderosa Pines. There are world-class hiking trails right outside your door, and three beautiful man-made lakes close by.

There’s plenty of space for families or groups of friends — while maintaining a cozy and inviting vibe. The charming 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 story cabin sleeps 8. The spacious wrap-around deck invites you to relax, kick back, and enjoy a peaceful escape to the forest.

• Lake Access: Willow Springs Lake is a ten-minute drive away. Woods Canyon and Black Canyon Lakes are about 20 minutes away.

A SUBLIME RIM LAKES SECLUDED CABIN:

The private access road takes you back only a few yards from the state highway but you feel like you are miles away from civilization in this secluded log home. The gently curved circular driveway leads up to the welcoming front porch. Inside, the great room is filled with rustic, homey details inspired by the Russian ‘dachas’ (holiday cabins). There are natural, knotty wood columns, beams, and railings throughout. Extra-large windows and glass doors allow the natural light to flow into the room.

An overstuffed sofa and loveseat face the stone fireplace and flatscreen television. Light a fire and curl up with a cozy blanket, a glass of wine, and your favorite Netflix show in the evenings.

In the kitchen, marble countertops top wood cabinets. Stainless steel appliances add a sleek style. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare some quick snacks for the trail. Or a hearty breakfast for your whole crew.

Nearby, the dining space has a built-in hutch and a dining table has seating for eight people. Families and large groups will love the open layout. It’s so easy to entertain and socialize.

THREE COMFY BUNK ROOMS:

Down the hallway are two private bedrooms. Each bedroom on this floor has a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed. A full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a dramatic stone bowl sink.

Upstairs in the loft area, a full-size futon creates a flexible sleeping or lounging space. A whimsical mural and thoughtful details add to the cozy cabin feel. The master bedroom has a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed, a leather chair, and flatscreen television. An attached full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and another gorgeous bowl sink.

EPIC OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:

Outside, a wraparound porch is sunny and peaceful. There are plenty of lounging spaces to relax with your morning coffee. Or host an al fresco barbeque under the stars. A propane grill is ideal for grilling your fresh catch from one of the nearby lakes. The steps lead you straight into the National Forest.

After dinner, you’ll want to gather around the fire pit with some gooey marshmallows and hot cocoa. The kiddos will love the rope swings nearby.

Secluded Spruce is the best of both worlds. You’ll have all of the privacy and peace of a cabin in the woods. Yet you’ll also be close to nearby attractions and three gorgeous lakes. Woods Canyon, Willow Creek, and Bear Canyon lakes are all within an easy drive. You can enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming in the warmer months. And the can’t-miss beauty of the Mogollan Rim is right down the road.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
