Fire Place: The living room features a stunning gas fireplace with a natural rock surround! The entire cabin is covered in beautiful knotty pine, floor to ceiling, for that outdoorsy feel!

Heat: The house is heated by the fire place. Extra space heaters have also been placed around the house to ensure you remain warm and comfortable during your stay.

Staying cool: A window AC unit provides cool air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.

Decks: Enjoy two porches with outdoor furniture and string lights, perfect for enjoying the fresh air, squirrel watching, or star gazing at night!

Grill: A full size propane grill is located at the property for guest use. Propane is provided.

Cleanliness: Home is professionally cleaned after every stay and provides clean, fresh lines, soft towels, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Parking is located right on the property for easy loading and unloading. Cabin has a keypad on the front door for easy self check in. No need to wait on anyone for check in or risk losing the keys.

Cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with other private cabins, just across the street from Bison Ranch and next to the Overgaard Air Park. Cabin is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and natural forest flora. Deer and Elk sightings are common and playful squirrels can be observed from the comfort of the front porch! Easy access to the main highway and only minutes from several small local stores.

Plenty of free parking is available at the property. Cabin is close to highway 266 and is centrally located between Payson and Show Low. Enjoy evening walks in the quiet neighborhood and hop into your car for a quick drive to dinner at one of several local restaurants. Cabin is also a 30-40 minute drive (or less) to several lakes, hiking trails, and national forest entrances.

Pet fee: One time fee of only $25. Must be paid before door code will be released.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
