Our guests’ safety and comfort is our top priority. Prior to your arrival, each home is cleaned following enhanced standards and inspected to ensure it meets the highest level of expectations. Our team is trained on SafeHome protocols and we follow VRHP’s expanded cleaning recommendations, including disinfection and proper use of personal protective equipment.
The Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP), a subsidiary of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), developed expanded recommendations for cleaning vacation rental properties originally in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The guidelines include:
- Disinfection and sanitization techniques
- Proper use of personal protective equipment
- Recommended products, cleaning agents and equipment
- Updated cleaning and inspection processes for soft surfaces, upholstery and linens
- Trash removal and maintenance processes
