BUILT TO ENTERTAIN

Enter through a rustic wood door greeted by vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to spread out for all ages.  This home features plenty of options for entertaining including a central wrap-around bar, two separate entertainment centers, a loft with billiards table, dining table seats 8, kitchen counter seats 8 plus the bar seats 8 plus an expansive chef’s kitchen.

The great room welcomes guests with a soft leather sectional, cozy stone fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Gather in comfort, whether you're enjoying a movie, catching up on new and old memories, or sitting entranced by the crackling fire. This is a place that once you put your feet up, you won’t want to leave.

The updated knotty pine chef’s kitchen is perfect for large families and well-equipped for preparing those family meals. From the warming oven, microwave, double-oven and gas cooktop, this kitchen will delight any culinary artist. Stainless steel appliances, a pot-filling faucet over the stove and an extra large refrigerator are just some of the special features. The dining area is great for lingering over sit-down meals or game night. It would also be the perfect spot for a multi-day puzzle project. 

Copper Elk Manor's central wrap-around bar features a prep sink, ice maker and wine refrigerator. It's perfect for mealtime spillover, watching the game or perfecting your skills as a mixologist. We're pretty sure you don’t have one of these at home!

Downstairs boasts 2 master bedrooms each with their own double-vanity bathrooms.  Each with a walk-in shower as well as an oversized bathtub to soak in.

MAJESTIC VIEWS

Upstairs offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as yet another entertainment room.  Enjoy a game on the billiards table with amazing views of the pines and overlooks the great room.  This is the perfect space for extended families with space for kids and adults to spread out.

ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES

The large grassy backyard offers up the perfect venue for a family game of football or even a potato-sack race.  The  play gym provides a place to slide, climb and swing for the younger guests while the horseshoe pit is sure hit for the grown-ups.  Settle in for s'more making at the dedicated campfire ring too.

RIM LAKES RECREATION AREA

Come here to get “away-from-it-all” while still being “close-to-everything”.  Forest Lakes community is near 7 different lakes and even offers its own local fishing pond and great spot for wildlife viewing. Willow Springs and Woods Canyon Lake are a short drive away and perfect for kayaking or canoeing plus you don’t want to miss the majestic views of the Mogollon Rim with a scenic drive to Woods Canyon Lake and beyond.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
