Come here to get “away-from-it-all” while still being “close-to-everything”. Forest Lakes community is the nearest community to several different Rim Lakes and even offers its own local fishing pond with great spots for wildlife viewing. Willow Springs and Woods Canyon Lake are a short drive away perfect for kayaking or canoeing plus you don’t want to miss the majestic views of the Mogollon Rim with a scenic drive or an easy hike along the Rim Vista Trail.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $15.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
