Where modern meets mountain living, the Tree House has with all the amenities you might need for a cozy escape whether its a week-end or a week-long stay. The charming decor and delightful location make this home the perfect launch point for exploring the area.
The stargazers' deck is perfectly equipped with a propane grill and a comfy seating perfect for watching the sunset with your favorite person. Hours can go by while you grab some drinks, cook up a great meal and watch the day turn into night. Find the perfect stress relief searching for your constellation in the night sky - telescope provided!
Inside you can settle in on the perfectly-sized sectional (which also converts to a pull-out bed) for watching your favorite movie on the large satellite TV. For small families, the ottoman also converts to a twin bed. For those colder nights, the wood-burning stove offers perfect mood-setting warmth. You can even grab one of our board games to set up on the bar-height dining table that seats 4.
The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed covered in hotel quality linens that will make you feel like royalty. There is also a laptop-friendly work area for your stay-cation. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs for dining in while Heber-Overgaard offers many dining out options too - some even offer delivery! You'll find the bath just down the hall with a walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer for your extended stay.

RIM COUNTRY RECREATION
Northeast Arizona is an outdoorsman's paradise and a great launch point for activities such as fishing, hunting, hiking, and exploring the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, home to the various Rim Lakes. Take a day trip to the Petrified National Forest or explore the many small lakes in the area. The picturesque Black Canyon Lake is less than 15 miles from the property.
When you are done exploring nature, try one of the local restaurants or bars and enjoy some good food, drinks, and music that Heber-Overgaard has to offer.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
