Kids love the tree fort and the cabin playhouse, while the covered deck and propane grill make outdoor dining easy for grown-ups to chill. The single-car garage is also available for guest use plus houses a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stay.

Perfect for all seasons, the high-country hometown of Heber-Overgaard offers access to several lakes in the region, numerous off-road trails and quaint small town shops. Willow Springs and Woods Canyon Lake are a short drive away plus you don't want to miss the majestic views of the Mogollon Rim with a scenic drive to the Rim Vista Overlook Trail.

We welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $50 pet fee. Considering this is a home, not a hotel, we kindly ask you to treat the space with care. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no on-site staff available 24/7. However, we’re just a message away if you need assistance! To finalize your booking, a separate rental agreement is required.
